Ingredients:
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp peeled ginger
- 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
- 140g frozen pineapple
- 140g frozen mango
- 120ml milk
- 140g plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 scoops CP2 Active
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
